		<description><![CDATA[One might use the terms peace infrastructure, infrastructures for peace and peace architecture interchangeably. We attempt below to explain what is referred to by this concept – peace infrastructure – and also give some examples.
When we speak of conflict transformation in practice we find the following levels of transformation to be useful in guiding engagement. Personal transformation focuses on attitude and behaviour changes. The ways that people think about (often unconsciously) and approach a given topic, situation or relationship. The way people act, responses they give, how they interact with others. ]]></description>
