Thank you for your participation in 4th Global Summit for Ministries and Departments of Peace. It is through your enthusiasm, strengths, and desires that this Summit convened and was the most successful Summit to date! Congratulations to you, for you are an integral part of the 40 countries represented and over 200 individuals who were physically in attendance at the Costa Rica venue, as well as the countless others who attended via the “Virtual Summit”!
We hope that you have found this time valuable in providing and enhancing not only your country’s mission to establish Ministries and Departments of Peace, but also in your personal growth through skills and ideas in peaceful discourse and living. We ask that you take time to reflect on your personal experiences from this Summit and provide feedback to the Summit Planning Committee so that we can work to provide the most beneficial and efficient opportunities and activities in future Summits.
In the Evaluation form below, there are prompts for personal examples. Please feel free to share your story or highlight as this is a hugely rewarding part of the Evaluation form for those who worked so hard to plan and carry out the event. These are of course optional, but greatly appreciated.
The bar has been set high and we ask your help in making the
5th Global Summit even greater!
Completed evaluation forms should be submitted to the Summit Planning Committee either online at www.mfp-dop.org (when available) or by email to Kathleen at cdipeacetalk@interfree.it for copy to the Costa Rica team and the future Summit planning team members. Thank you.
